The new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus went on sale in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan on Friday, a prelude to the retail opening in Europe and the United States. Huge lines formed in Australia, some for days. In cities including New York, many lined up to buy the larger phones in order to resell them in locations the latest iPhones aren’t yet available, such as China.

(20 กันยายน 2557) iPhone 6 และ iPhone 6 Plus วางจำหน่ายในออสเตรเลีย  ฮ่องกง  สิงคโปร์ ขณะที่ในยุโรป และอเมริกา ก็มีการแนะนำสินค้าก่อนที่จะวางจำหน่าย (prelude) .... ในออสเตรเลียมีการต่อคิวยาวเหยียด บางจุดนี่ถึงขนาดข้ามวันข้ามคืนกันเลยเชียวล่ะ  ในหลายๆ เมืองใหญ่ๆ อาทิ มหานครนิวยอร์ก  ผู้คนก็มาต่อคิวรอซื้อกันยาว เพื่อเอาไปขายต่อในโชนที่ iPhone รุ่นใหม่ยังไม่วางจำหน่าย อย่างเช่น ประเทศจีน  เป็นต้น
